Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Item

  Ensure the shed or storage unit is disassembled and repacked in its original protective packaging, including all hardware and assembly instructions.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your property.

  Inspection and Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
